Visitors may also purchase tickets to attend the Museum via a river cruise on Mystic Seaport Express at Mystic Seaport Museum: At the Drawbridge on the corner of Cottrell and E. Main Streets in downtown Mystic through mid-October.

New Member Promotion: Visitors who purchase a new membership receive a gift while supplies last (baseball cap or Museum Logo cloth bag).
Active duty/retired military: Active military dressed in uniform receive free admission. Active military, retired military, or merchant mariners in casual attire with proper ID receive $5 off admission for themselves and each person in their group.
Free admission for SNAP/EBT recipients: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)/EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) recipients receive free admission for up to 2 adults and 4 children/youth per SNAP/EBT card. Please present the SNAP/EBT card plus a matching ID at the gates to receive this offer. This program is offered as part of the Smithsonian Institute’s “Museums For All” Initiative and is available to both in-state and out-of-state residents.
Special needs visitors: Special needs visitors and one adult attending to the special needs visitor receive a 50% discount on admission.
Students: Admission for students with a valid college ID is $23.
Your birthday: Visit on your birthday and your admission is our gift to you! If you are a Museum member, bring a friend for free. Offer available to adults and children. Must present a valid photo ID or copy of birth certificate.
Second-visit admission: Each general admission ticket purchased at Mystic Seaport Museum is good for one admission on the day of purchase. Have your ticket validated before you leave for a second visit within seven business days. (not included: tickets purchased after 4 p.m.).
Honorary Community Memberships for Members of the Mashantucket and Eastern Pequot Tribal Nations: All members of either tribe are offered free admission during regular business hours as part of our living land acknowledgment. Tribal Members need only show their Tribal IDs.

North parking lot (cars only in lower lot): Located immediately across the street from the Museum’s North Entrance at the Thompson Exhibition Building at 105 Greenmanville Ave. (Route 27) in Mystic. Limited bus parking is available in upper right lot.
South parking lot (all vehicles): Located across the street from the Museum’s South Entrance, gift store, and big, red tugboat at 50 Greenmanville Ave. (Route 27) in Mystic.
Dining: Mystic Seaport Museum offers a variety of on-grounds dining options as well as pre-ordered boxed lunches. Ask the Reservations Specialist for more information when you book your date.

The partnership between the Town of Stonington, LAZ Parking, and Mystic Seaport Museum is intended to decrease traffic
congestion, expand parking options, and improve public transportation services during high season.
Visitors to Mystic Seaport Museum are welcome to take photographs and pursue other creative activities on the grounds for non-commercial, personal use only. The use of tripods or monopods on vessels or exhibits is prohibited, as is the use of drones. Please refer to our Multimedia Policy for additional information.
