After nearly 3 years hidden under a large tent in the Shipyard, crews this week disassembled the structure that has sheltered MAYFLOWER II during its restoration.
A series of new databases and search capabilities has been added to the website, which is a Joint project with the New Bedford Whaling Museum.
About 170 volunteers, guests, and staff gathered for the annual event to celebrate and honor service to the Museum.
The owners are being recognized for their effort to preserve and maintain a significant class of American sailing craft.
The proposed changes include a partnership with an underwater research and technology foundation, expanded watercraft exhibition space, and a new restaurant and hotel.
